Non-profit Accounting Internship Part Time

A nonprofit, citizens' diplomacy network, Sister Cities International creates and strengthens partnerships between U.S. and international communities and increases global cooperation at the local level.  Headquartered in Washington, DC, Sister Cities International promotes and provides sustainable development, youth involvement, cultural understanding, and humanitarian assistance.  The Sister Cities International network represents more than 2,500 communities in 130 countries around the world.

Position Summary
Located in Washington, DC, the Accounting Intern position has a flexible start date in May 2008 and lasts through a flexible end time in August 2008. The Accounting Intern will work with the Director of Finance to coordinate day-to-day Accounting, Human Resources and Administrative activities. A $500 stipend is provided for the summer semester.
