Finance Intern

Sister Cities International is a nonprofit citizen diplomacy network that creates and strengthens partnerships between U.S. and international communities. We motivate and empower private citizens, municipal officials and business leaders to conduct long-term sister city programs. Position Summary:

The Finance Intern will assist both the Finance Coordinator and Membership Director in day to day operations in the Finance Department with special priority assisting with accounts receivable.
  • Membership invoicing
  • Collection and maintenance of cash receipts
  • Daily entry of cash receipts
  • Database maintenance

Requirement / Skills:

  • Currently enrolled, full/part time student in an undergraduate or graduate program, will also consider recent graduates.
  • Accounting and/or database experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, database experience preferred.
