SISTER CITIES INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND NEW OFFICERS

WASHINGTON, DC — Sister Cities International announced the results of the 2010 Board of Directors elections at its annual Member Business Meeting on July 31. The Member Business Meeting was part of the Sister Cities International 2010 Annual Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, July 29-31.

Newly elected Directors include:

  • Carolyn Bishop, Consortium for Global Education, Atlanta, GA
  • Carol Burdette, United Way of Anderson County, Anderson, SC
  • Chris Dufour, @Du4.llc, Arlington, VA
  • Norris Hermsmeyer, Columbine Real Estate Services, Boulder, CO
  • Frances Lorenz, Center for Spiritual Living, Tacoma, WA
  • Paula West, City of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ

The Sister Cities International Board of Directors also elected new officers for 2010-2011. The leadership of the board is:
