As I think of this year's theme, Community Diplomacy: Empowering Partnerships and Programs, I think of all the remarkable work done by average people every day to bridge the gap of cultural understanding worldwide. People like sister cities members in small towns and big cities who have opened their homes, wallets and minds to creating long-lasting peace through partnerships.

This year's Annual Conference aims to engage Sister Cities International stakeholders like never before through diverse educational sessions, networking opportunities and enriching cultural experiences, all brought to us by the gracious people of Albuquerque.
