Sister Cities International welcomes legitimate journalists who will report news from the 2010 Annual Conference. Contact Frances Reimers, Communications & Programs Manager, at freimers@sister-cities.org and describe the media outlet for which you will be covering the conference.Who Should Attend
Complimentary passes are for active journalists who personally will cover the 2010 Annual Conference for online, print, broadcast, newswire, radio and television news bureaus. Bloggers are subject to the same process and review as anyone else. Traffic and reach of the media outlet may be considered when awarding passes.Number of Passes
For any media organization, Sister Cities International may grant a maximum of two complimentary press registrations.Sister Cites International is solely responsible for determining whether an individual qualifies for a complimentary conference registration. Press credentials for the conference are non-transferable or exchangeable. Should you not follow this rule, you will lose your complimentary press status and pass.
Check-In
Press who has received pre-approval from Sister Cities International should check in at the registration desk. Press approvals will be sent to journalists before the conference.On-site Registration
There will be on-site registration for media. To register on-site, you must bring a photo ID, and a business card from the news organization that you are working for. A bylined article from the publication you are representing may be necessary.Subject Experts
