Sister Cities International 2013 Northwestern Regional Conference and Leadership Meeting
Cities interested in hosting the 2013 Sister Cities International Regional Conference & Leadership Meeting can take part in the competitive bid process for the conference. For the 2013 Regional Conference, the leadership of Sister Cities International has decided to give states in the Northwest priority, and include the following states: Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. Regional conferences will rotate through the six different regions of the country, as defined by the Board of Directors approved regional map. This map can be found online HERE.
The RFP contains background information on Sister Cities International, its regional conference, and outlines the necessary requirements for each proposal. Every proposal must include a completed application form from the local sister cities program representing the city. Please find the requirements and application below. All letters of intent are due to the conferences and meetings manager, Anna Valero by 5pm on November 11, 2011, with full proposals due December 2, 2011.
