Event Flyer Registration Rates & Logistical Information Schedule of Events Join the Africa Global Sister Cities Foundation (AGSCF) May 10-16, 2010 in Accra, Ghana for its 2nd Annual International Conference, Trade & Exhibition which has become known as "Africa Speaks!" This five-day conference aims to forge stronger partnerships between local African government authorities and traditional rulers for sustainable economic development through global partnership. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with their citizen diplomat peers and discuss best practices for achieving economic development in Africa. Attendees will also receive an Africa cultural emersion through speeches, performances and off-site sessions. The mission of the AGSCF, based in Accra, Ghana, is to create, strengthen and promote sister cities partnerships among African communities. Sister Cities International works closely with AGSCF to build its organizational capacity to serve sister city programs throughout the continent.
