Detailed Trip Itinerary

Arrival Day: You will be met by Dhana Safaris and transferred to Kempinski Hotel in Dar-es-Salaam for dinner and overnight. You will be briefed about your safari which starts the next day.

Day One: You will depart the hotel after breakfast with a packed lunch and drive to Mikumi National Park via Morogoro arriving at the lodge/camp in time for dinner. Dinner and overnight Mikumi Wildlife Camp.

Day Two: After breakfast, you will depart from the lodge with a packed lunch for a full day game drive returning to the lodge/camp in time for dinner. Dinner and overnight at Mikumi Wildlife Camp.

Day Three: After breakfast you will depart with a packed lunch and drive back to Dar-es-Salaam ready to catch a ferry to Zanzibar where you will be transferred to Zanzibar Serena Inn. A brief summary of Zanzibar activities will be done for you to choose what to do the following day. Dinner and overnight at Zanzibar Serena Inn.

Day Four: After breakfast you will depart for a full day of activities available in Spicy Zanzibar returning to the hotel for lunch and afternoon leisure. Dinner and overnight at Zanzibar Serena Inn.

Day Five: After breakfast you will depart the hotel for Stone Town Tour with local lunch before being transferred to the airport for your flight to Saadani. Dinner and overnight at A Tent with View Camp.

Day Six: After breakfast you will depart with a packed lunch for a full day game drive in Saadani National Park returning to camp in time for dinner. Dinner and overnight at A Tent with View Camp.

Day Seven: After breakfast you will depart with road back to Dar-es-Salaam via Bagamoyo to catch your flight back home.

Note: If an extension to Tanzania Northern circuit or climbing the famous Mount Kilimanjaro is needed, we are happy to arrange.
