Terms and Conditions

Raffle package includes two round trip airline tickets and an 8 day, 7 night hotel stays. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, must be reserved at least 45 days in advance of travel, and must include a weekend. Airline tickets are valid through May 31, 2010 and are subject to seat availability and the following blackout periods, when travel is prohibited: December 10, 2009 to January 15, 2010. Sister Cities International is responsible for making the reservations. Passengers will fly economy class, round trip from their choice U.S. departure city to JFK. Sister Cities International is responsible for purchasing the two airline tickets and will consult with the winner to determine flight details. Winner will receive a complete travel packet with all travel details and contact information. Transportation to and from airports is the responsibility of the winner. All travel taxes, fuel surcharges, visa fees, gratuities and resort levies are their responsibility of the winner. Departure and arrival airline tax are the responsibility of the winner.
