Young Authors Showcase

Made possible through the generous support from the Carvey Family

This literary showcase is a special opportunity for high school students from around the world to express, through the written word, their impressions and interpretation of Sister Cities International's mission: promoting peace through mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation — one individual, on community at a time.

2010 Theme: Your world…

This is a great opportunity for students to express their personal vision of their world. What makes you, you? International travel and cultural exchanges can impact your life in many different ways. How have cultures and experiences influenced your ideas and perspectives of the world? Life is a journey and it is characterized by what you feel, see, hear, think and most importantly defined by you.

As with the Young Artists Showcase, the theme is intended to allow you to share your vision of your world through your creative abilities ... think outside the globe.
