How can my community be involved in the "Raise My Voice" Pledge Campaign?
Your sister city organization can collect pledges at your Community Summit on Citizen Diplomacy. You can also use it as a marketing tool in community events, festivals, and conferences. You can even collect pledges through your website or online. This allows international communities to participate.

When can pledges be collected?
Pledges can be collected between July 2005 and December 2006. We strongly encourage you to collect pledges at the end of your Community Summit on Citizen Diplomacy.

How is the "Raise my voice pledge campaign? connected to the Community Summits on Citizen Diplomacy?"
The two programs complement and support each other. You can have pledge cards and ribbons at your local summit to encourage all participants to take the pledge. You can even encourage participants to take extra pledge cards and ribbons with them to recruit other members from the community to take the pledge also.

Individuals who could not attend a Community Summit on Citizen Diplomacy can still provide input using the online survey. The results of these individual surveys will become a part of the National Summit and National Report on the Future of Citizen Diplomacy in Washington DC in July 2006.
