While some of our materials are available to the general public, most of our toolkits are available only to members of Sister Cities International. Youth & Education Toolkit — MEMBERS ONLY This toolkit is designed to help members of Sister Cities International effectively recruit and retain the involvement of young people in the sister city movement.
